Home from Camp!!

Well, we all survived a week of camp. We were able to pick up the boys today around noon from the church. We were so excited to see them!

Here comes the buses!

Austin is poking his head out of the 3rd window from the back. Yes, I know that is the same shirt Austin & Caleb were wearing when we dropped them off AT camp. Hopefully, they did change during the week! *sigh* FYI, they did have enough shirts to wear a clean one every day of camp. Aaahhh, the joy of boys! *smile*
The chaos as the "stuff" is unloaded! This was just the boys bus.
I made homeade pizza when we got home. Of course the boys were starving because there wasn't any good food to eat ALL week! *rolls eyes!*

What?? Sleeping? Are you kidding me?
Going to bed at midnight and getting up at 7:00 every morning wore them out!

We are glad to have them home with all of their belongings except 3 socks!!

Now that is impressive!

Thank you to all our camp staff who take time from their families to love our children too!!!

Floats!!!!

After church on Wednesday, they provide root beer, orange and coke floats to all the campers and their families! It was nice to be able to visit with the boys for a little while!

Back to the camp they go!

Camp Day 3

Last night, Daddy was able to stay at camp with the boys. They like for a dad to stay in each room every night to make sure boys shower, etc! Imagine that.....boys not wanting to shower for a whole week! LOL! Since Daddy was out there, we are now able to have a small glimpse of their evening and morning.

Junior Camp 2007

Well, the boys met at the church at 2:00 to go to camp! I think it is so neat how they meet at the church, load a bus, and go about 4 miles down the road to camp! It makes them feel like they are really going away to camp! *smile* The boys were so excited they could hardly contain themselves all morning! They even all slept in the same room last night! All 6 kids in one room! How funny! The boys are in for a real treat this week. Caleb is an old pro. This is actually his last year at Junior Camp, so he is one of the "top dogs". Next year he will go to Teen Camp. Yikes! This is Austin's first year at Junior Camp.

He has looked forward to this week for a few years now!
