Catching up again!

Well, we had Caleb's first Middle School soccer game. That was very exciting and different than his elementary games he has played before. It was nice that all his friends were on his team this year. In elementary, they play intramural games, but this year they play other teams! They won their first game 2-0! Yay!

Bethany says "Yay, Caleb!"

After the game we went to Pizza Hutt for some pizza!!! Yummo!

Yes, I know Alana has pizza stuffed in her cheek, but isn't she beautiful??

Sarah Joy eating pineapple... and pudding

and jello .......I don't think so, Daddy!

Hahaha! She knows she is funny!

After Pizza Hutt (and a few yard sales. No, we really didn't find anything, but it was still fun to go for a little while! Yes, I am addicted to yardsaling!), we drove up to Norris Dam. Here are a few random pics from that hot, but fun adventure!

The above picture is for you, Grandpa Ski! We thought you would enjoy this one!

On Sunday night our church family met at Market Square in downtown Knoxville to hold our annual Knoxville Remembers. It is a time to remember the lives lost on 9-11. It is a very patriotic service.

Noah behind the scenes, but in front of the BIG flag.

The 4th and 5th grade choir sang a patriotic medley and also recited The American's Creed.

This is the 1st - 5th graders singing.

Pastor Sexton interviewing for the local news.

The boy and cub scouts passing out bulletins (with Noah's help, of course!)

Noah was told by Daddy to sit still and don't move! Daddy knew what was on the way!!!

Now, Noah knows too! The firetruck and Ambulance are behind the scenes until the program begins, then they start their engines and sirens and pull up beside the stage. It is awesome!

Noah is a little intimidated right now, but he obeyed Daddy!

Knoxville Fire dept's color guard presented the colors at the beginning of the service.

At the presentation of the colors, we all said the Pledge of Allegiance.
There were many people there that were just passing by. This police officer was taking in the whole service even though he was on duty watching out for us.

After the service we went by Wendy's. These pictures just get better and better!

We are thankful to God that we still live in a nation where we can worship the Lord Jesus Christ without worries of persecution. Today, we do say prayers for the families of all those who lost their loved ones 6 years ago. God bless America!!!

2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
